Probably one of the most unexciting subjects one can find is customer research. I would much rather write about and talk about getting your business on TV or in the front page of the Local Newspaper. Getting inside your customer heads is something that very few people ever do, but the ones that do are light years ahead and the data supports this. I have had the opportunity to meet with and know Glenn and study his niche marketing research programs. With Glenn’s program there are two things happening that work really well. 1) Know who your customer and your market is. 2) Know what to say to them!
This second point is the key to your success, know what to say to your customers and how to say it. Mix this with some great copy writing and you will see results. This is not rocket science. It is research. The research does not lie.
